PURPOSE: This position is a learning intensive program designed to give senior or graduate level student essential business insight and hand-on experience in IT security and project management.

Internship Responsibilities:

  • Documenting and producing meeting notes.
  • Coordinating and scheduling project meeting, taking notes and drafting meeting minutes
  • Contributing to prepare project status reporting
  • Maintaining & organizing project documentations
  • Keeping track of team members deadlines/deliverables and monitoring project timeline
  • Taking notes and follow up with various action items
  • Assisting IT security project manager for other assigned tasks



  • Enrolled in an accredited college or university completing bachelor or advanced degree
  • Must have at least 3.0 GPA or higher
  • Attention to details in in taking notes and updates
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Excellent oral and written skills with the ability to communicate with all levels and work with many remote team members around world
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
